MENTORING

 We train mentor facilitators in this program and also have mentors who give mentee support. Mentee Support training is course overs introduction to Mentoring session which lays the groundwork for the rest of the training by explaining what a mentor is, how the mentor supports the Mentees experience
and the basics of participating in the program, create conenctions, strategies and support for the Program.

Mentor Support Trainer ensures that those who mentor others have the requisite skills and knowledge both socially and emotionally to be able to run a successful mentoring
program.
