FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT FOR NON-FINANCE MANAGERS

Many managers and Heads of departments are involved in the management of finances, but have no prior formal training in the financial management, hence the need for this seminar to equip them with the necessary financial management skills and knowledge. We target to train Managers who handle financial responsibilities but have no formal training in finance so that they possess a good grasp of financial management,hence increasing efficiency in the control and management of finances in their organizations.
